Mr. Fit believes in & we can helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
How do I cancel an order before delivery ?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
For outright cancellations by you:
– If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
– If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
Every product has atleast 1 month and maximum 1 Year warranty. Some products do carry Lifetime Warranty , and will be listed on the product page itself. It covers all functional defects within the warranty period but do not cover any physical damage/burnt PCB to the product.
Once you find your product is not working, kindly contact with our customer care on +919205927669 or firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us about your issues with images/video of defective product. Once approved please return the product back to our office and we will replace/repair your product at no extra cost.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
Also, please call our customer care at +919205927669or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID within 24 hours. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
If you are not satisfied with the product , please raise it to us within 24 hours of delivery by sending a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order id and bank details (For Cash On Delivery Orders). After 24 hours product will not be taken return and will only be replaced if any damage or issue with the product.
For some weight loss products, return timeline is 7 Days and is also mentioned on product page. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 5 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
- Any product which is clothing, being torned or teared apart will not be taken return or refunded. It falls under replacement warranty , if applicable
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
- Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
For replacement or exchange of your product, if it falls under warranty timeline, please send the product to our return address mentioned on parcel by speed post or courier. We will verify once product is received and send back the desired replacement/exchanged product or serviced product, accordingly the situation the product. Please note, for replacement or avail warranty, both sides shipping charges have to be bear by customer. For one side, Rs 100 will be charged when we ship your replacement or serviced product.
