As a result of the continuous widespread of this virus, Logistic Companies & Transportations all around the Globe are experiencing delays with their services. Due to these Impacts, Shipping Delays are now an inevitable factor we’re also trying to accommodate to including longer than normal Shipping Times. To combat any additional delays involved, Delhivery, Bluedart & E-Kart Shipping will currently be our only Shipping Courier.
Currently, we just ship within the India.
Shipping Method : We use express shipping partners such as delivery Courier, Delhivery, Bluedart & E-Kart.
Handling time: 1-2 days (Monday – Friday)
Transit time: 3-5 days (Monday – Friday)
Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days(excluding Sundays and local or national public holidays) depending upon your location in India.
Shipping costs: We offer Free Shipping in India.
Orders placed before 05 PM – IST (+5:30) will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day. Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Order processing time : We process all orders in maximum 1 working day and dispatch it as soon as possible.
Do you charge anything extra for shipping or for COD orders? Do I have to pay any extra tax or octroi?
Shipping is completely FREE . You do not have to pay any extra cost or tax.
Do you deliver at all the locations across India?
For pre-paid orders we deliver at all the pin codes in India. For COD orders we currently deliver at more than 25000 pin codes. The COD pincode list is constantly updated, and after the order is placed, a call from our call centre confirms whether our logistics partner delivers at the specific pincode.
Can you deliver at a preferred time?
You can mention your preferred time at the time of placing your order. Delhivery personnel generally call up before any delivery and a convenient delivery time can be arranged at that time. Please note that for orders sent through India Post, this facility is not available.
Can I track my order online?
Yes. Once the order is shipped, the tracking ID is uploaded and you can track it online by going to “Track Your Order” page and entering your email id and order number.
How will i receive invoice/bill of my order?
Softcopy of your invoice will be sent to your email within 48 hours of delivery of your order.
I was not at home/office when the order arrived! What do I do?

I have specific instructions relating to delivery of my order. What do I do?
You can either call us up on +91-7838187327 before placing the order or mention your instructions in the “Order Notes” available at the time of placing your order online.
What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged , please please call our customer care immediately at +91-7838187327 or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
1. P.O. Box Shipping Mrfit will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
2. Military Address Shipping We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
3. Items Out Of Stock If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
4. Delivery Time Exceeded If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation
5. Tracking Notifications Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
7. Duties & Taxes 7.1 Sales Tax Sales/GST tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website. Price is inclusive of all taxes
8. Cancellations If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
9. Insurance Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
9.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
