CANCELLATION POLICY

Mr. Fit believes in & we can helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

How do I cancel an order before delivery ?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 48 hours of placing the order.

For outright cancellations by you:

–     If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

–    We will arrange a Free pickup from your return address, and once the product is received back to our address, refund will be initiated and it will take 3-4 working days to get refunded in your bank account. Our executives may call you to get your bank details for the same.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 15-days return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What is the restocking fee?
No restocking fee.

How can customers return products?
By Mail.

How Will Customers Get the Return label?

For defective products: Download/print.

For customer remorse: Download/print.

RETURN /REFUND POLICY

We have no questions asked 15 DAY returns policy, where you can return the product if its damaged or you are not satisfied with the product.

Steps to be followed to initiate a return:

1.Please call our customer care at +91 7838187327 or email us at contact@mrfit.in mentioning your Order ID within 15 days of delivery of the shipment.

2. We will arrange a free pickup request with our courier partner for product to be return back to us. Please handover all accessories along with original box to our courier partner when he arrives.

3. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

4. Refund will be initiated on product received at our warehouse, and it will get credited in your account in 3-4 working days.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE POLICY

For replacement or exchange of your product, if it falls under warranty timeline of maximum of 5 years.
Warranty time varies from products to products and is mentioned separately on the product page about the product warranty duration.

Warranty/Replacement timeline : Minimum 1 year to maximum 5 Years
